91´ô¸ç's Department of English Language Learners is hosting the Latino Academic Achievement Awards. The annual ceremony recognizes students for scholastic accomplishments and community leaders for advocacy, community service and volunteerism.
What: AISD will be recognizing more than 300 Latino students in grades 6-12 and three community leaders.
Travis HS students will emcee and will also provide the entertainment, including mariachis, a guitar ensemble and the Rebelettes dance group.
When: 10 a.m.–noon Saturday, May 7
