Lady Bird Lake Kayak Clean Ups

Friday, April 25: Join Rowing Dock ATX on Friday, April 25 for our fourth annual community wide Earth Day lake and land clean up along Lady Bird Lake! Volunteers will have the option to launch from one of three locations: Rowing Dock (West end), Epic SUP (East end), and on the trail at Festival Beach. Sign up and learn more !

Saturday, April 26: Join Austin Rowing Club, Keep Austin Beautiful, and Rivian for an Earth Day cleanup where volunteers will be picking up trash on Lady Bird Lake in Kayaks/Paddleboards as well as the shore and trails surrounding the lake in Austin, Texas. Sign up !

Saturday, May 3: Keep Austin Beautiful and Austin Rowing Club are teaming up for another Lady Bird Lake and trail clean up. Sign up and learn more about the event !

Volunteer for Keep Austin Beautiful Day

Join Keep Austin Beautiful and thousands of other volunteers for an incredible day of community service throughout the Greater Austin Area in honor of Earth Month! Volunteers have 100+ sites to choose from to volunteer on Saturday, April 12th. Schools can participate in a Keep Austin Beautiful Day campus clean up the week leading up to or week after Keep Austin Beautiful Day during school hours.

AISD elementary teachers are invited to join an Outdoor Learning 101 Professional Development session at Casey Elementary on April 25th to celebrate Mother Earth and the joyful connections we cultivate through Outdoor Learning. Subs will be reimbursed. ! Secondary teachers, be on the lookout for information for Outdoor Learning 102 in May!
