All contracted employees/vendors who will have continuing duties (more than one day) or services provided at multiple locations related to contracted services, performed on an occupied and/or unoccupied District site, are subject to a national background check review prior to engaging in work for the District. 


For construction management vendors and subcontractors only:


All other contracted employees/vendors are required to follow the District’s national background check vetting process.

The DocuSign Power Form is initiated by the Vendor and routes the approrpiate EC.1 background reviews, badge requests, systems access requests, and approvals to the appropriate departments. Once the form has completed routing, all teams will receive an email of the completed documents.
